About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing tailored one-to-one and group support for students with SEMH needs.
- Supporting the delivery of individual education and behaviour plans.
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.
- Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to support student development.
- Monitoring student progress and reporting on key milestones.
- Contributing to a safe and structured learning environment.
