Position: KS4 Science & Maths Teacher (Medical Needs School)

Working Days: 2 days per week (part-time)

The Education Network is currently recruiting for a qualified and compassionate KS4 Science & Maths Teacher to work part-time at a Medical Needs School in Bradford. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity to support students with medical conditions who are unable to attend mainstream education.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, tailored lessons to small groups of KS4 students, helping them stay on track with their education during challenging times.
The Role:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated Science and Maths lessons at KS4 level
• Work with small groups and individual students with medical or mental health needs
• Adapt lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
• Collaborate with support staff, healthcare professionals, and families to provide holistic support
• Contribute to a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Science and Maths at KS4
• Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and curriculum planning
• A nurturing, flexible, and resilient approach
• Experience working with students with medical needs, SEMH, or alternative provision (desirable but not essential)
