SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and inclusive school in
Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties.
π About the Role: As an SEN LSA, you will:
- Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with additional learning needs
- Support the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
- Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Assist with personal care (if required)
- Be a positive role model for behaviour and learning

Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN (school, care or support settings)
- A genuine interest in helping pupils achieve their full potential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)

- Psychology or education graduates
