The Education Network is currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties.
🌈 About the Role: As an SEN LSA, you will:

• Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with additional learning needs
• Support the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
• Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Assist with personal care (if required)
• Be a positive role model for behaviour and learning

✅ Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEN (school, care or support settings)
• A genuine interest in helping pupils achieve their full potential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
