The role of a Supply Teacher is to carry out preset work by the class teacher to eager and ready to learn KS3 & KS4 students. As a Supply Teacher you will be given the opportunity to cover lessons across the school and see the all-round brilliance it has to offer.
 
Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects and year groups.
• Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
• Follow lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a positive learning experience.

 
Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives.
