Behaviour Support Worker 
Full time / Temp to Perm

The Education Network are currently recruiting on behalf of a multi-academy trust based in Bradford. The role of a Behaviour Support Worker is to assist classroom disruptions and follow pastoral policies to help improve the behaviour of students across the school. 

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs. The school is looking for someone who has a nurturing personality and can provide emotional support to pupils where needed. 

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm. The role is based in Bradford and has great transport links to and from the city centre. 

Requirements for the role:

  • 12 months of relevant experience 
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or ability to complete a DBS check)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Two professional references within the last 2 years employment 
  • Strong behaviour management skills
