As an English Teacher at this school, you will require excellent subject knowledge and excellent classroom management skills. Many of the student have faced significant academic, economic and social barriers, and require an English teacher who can inspire a love for learning. You will receive outstanding support from the HOD and the Trust English Lead. Not to mention the excellent pastoral team who will be on call to support you in managing the classroom. This role requires a QTS English Teacher who is passionate about their subject and wants to inspire a love for all things English!

Job Role:

• Teaching across the English curriculum to Key Stages 3 & 4
• Leading GCSE English booster sessions for students that require additional support
• Working with an excellent pastoral / leadership team to improve engagement
• Delivering outstanding lessons with clear lesson objectives
• Inspiring a love for English!
