Job Role:- Overseeing the welfare and progress of a specific year group, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional needs, providing guidance and pastoral care.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to address individual student needs and concerns.
- Organising and coordinating year group activities, events, and assemblies.
- Implementing and monitoring behaviour management strategies, working closely with the pastoral team.
- Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a strong sense of community within the year group.
- Tracking and monitoring student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Working closely with the school's leadership and pastoral teams to drive the school's vision and values.
