This is a rewarding opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to provide focused support to children with Autism and ADHD. You will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored interventions, helping pupils engage with learning and build their confidence. Your role will involve both 1:1 and small group support, ensuring each child receives the guidance they need to succeed in a structured and supportive environment.
 
The school is looking for a patient, empathetic, and proactive individual with a passion for supporting children with SEND. Experience working with Autism and ADHD is beneficial but not essential, as training and guidance will be provided. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to creating a positive learning experience are key qualities for this role.
