We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate Academic Coach to join this 'Good' secondary school in Sandwell. In this role, you will provide essential 1:1 and small group support to students with Autism, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group academic support to students with Autism.
- Work closely with teachers to develop tailored learning plans.
- Assist students in overcoming learning barriers and developing effective study habits.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to staff and parents.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology (recent graduates preferred).
- A genuine interest in working with students with Autism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
