Job Title: Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: ‘Good’ 2-form entry primary school, Birmingham
Pay: £72 - £82 per day
Contract: Long-term contract, October 2024 – July 2025
Focus: 1:1 and small group support in KS1 (Year 3)

Position: Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant
Role and Responsibilities: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our experienced teaching staff in delivering high-quality education to our pupils. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Providing one-on-one support to students who may require extra help in specific subjects.
- Supporting students with their individual learning and development goals.
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour guidance.
- Preparing teaching materials and resources.
- Contributing to the school's extracurricular activities and events.
- Collaborating with other staff members to create a positive learning environment.
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements: - A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any subject.
- Passion for education and a desire to work with primary school children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young learners.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and personal development.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school.
