Job Description

*** £80 - £100 per day

The Candidate:
You’re a graduate with a patient, empathetic manner and strong communication skills. You can follow support plans, maintain consistent boundaries, and adapt activities so each pupil can participate fully. You’re organised, reflective, and motivated to help children overcome barriers to learning.

Requirements
• Degree – A 2:2 or above in any subject.
• Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in SEN, pupil wellbeing, and progress.
• Experience working with children – Any relevant experience (SEN support, mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential.

The School:
This ‘Good’ primary school in Wolverhampton has a strong inclusion ethos and well-established SEN provision. You’ll join a supportive team with access to resources, practical guidance, and regular feedback to help you develop quickly in the role.
