Salary: £83.33 to £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to pupils with SEMH needs.
  • Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to tailor learning experiences to each pupil’s needs.
  • Monitor and report on students' progress, adapting support strategies as required.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEMH needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Relevant qualifications in education, youth work, or social care are advantageous but not essential.
