Requirements:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in education, or a related field.
• Genuine passion for the education of primary-school pupils.
• Dedication to delivering high-quality education to pupils to aid them in achieving their best.
• Previous experience of working with children, or in a school setting, is advantageous but not mandatory.

 
The Role
In your time as a KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be assisting teaching staff with day-to-day tasks including planning and delivering engaging lessons across the syllabus. You will assess classwork and offer clear, constructive feedback to aid the development of pupils’ understanding. It is essential that you work in close collaboration with teaching staff and parents to create a productive working environment.
