Requirements:- At least a bachelor’s degree with a 2:1 classification.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the learning of young pupils.
- Dedication to the improvement and achievement of KS2 pupils.
- Previous experience of supporting pupils, or working in a school setting, is advantageous but not essential.
The Role- Providing 1-2-1 and small group support to KS2 pupils across the syllabus.
- Assisting teaching staff in the planning and delivery of engaging lesson plans.
- Assessing pupils’ classwork to identify any additional learning needs.
- Creating personalised support strategies to support the individual needs of pupils.
- Participating enthusiastically in extra-curricular activities to create a positive learning environment.
