We are proud to sponsor the Hannah Whelan Invitational at Warrington Gymnastics Club on the 6th and 7th of July.

Youngsters from the whole of the UK will be encouraged to get fit and active by participating in gymnastics sessions with the help of retired British double Olympian Hannah Whelan and specialist recruitment agency, The Education Network.

The Education Network is a specialist recruitment agency part of the Pertemps Network Group, specialising in Education recruitment to help place thousands of educational professionals in permanent and temporary positions nationwide in their partner schools.

This will be the biggest event ever organised by Warrington Gymnastics Club, with currently 650 youngsters across the country who have signed up to enter for the weekend. Hannah Whelan, retired British artistic gymnast and Warrington Gymnastics Assistant will be hosting the event. Hannah has won three European Championship medals and four British senior national titles, and was the bronze medallist in the 2014 Commonwealth Games.

WGC is a voluntary not-for-profit organisation, which strive to maintain a high level of gymnastics for all abilities through providing exceptional facilities and service to their members.

Accredited to British Gymnastics, the sport’s governing body, WCG currently have over 1,200 members. Aiming to give all members the opportunity to participate in an active, supportive, friendly and safe environment; they offer classes to boys, girls and adults from toddlers upwards, providing a variety of sessions to build fitness, skills and confidence through the British Gymnastics awards scheme.
